Bigjigs Rail uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges. The shipping rules are listed below.

UK Delivery Options (including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland):

Standard Delivery: (3-5 working days) - £2.99 (FREE when you spend over £30.00)
Express delivery (1-2 working days): £4.99 (Order before 2pm Mon-Fri for same day despatch). FREE when you spend over £100.00

Folkestone Click & Collect:

FREE Click & Collect available from our Folkestone HQ
Orders before 2pm Monday - Friday to click and collect from our Folkestone HQ on the next working day.

European Orders

Due to Brexit we are unable to ship orders into the EU that are over €150/£127. Please split your order into smaller orders and then we will be able to ship them for you.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on total order weight.

International Orders

Tax and duty fees may be charged by the destination country when your order arrives. Those additional charges are your responsibility. Bigjigs Rail uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges.

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price (excluding shipping). Products need to be returned in their original packaging.
